Ticket office as bad as ever

I'm trying to book tickets for the Bournemouth game. I live in the US and have bought plane tickets to London, specifically for the purpose of watching this game.
I tried to login to my account.........client member number not recognised.
After 20 minutes I was suddenly presented at a window that said I had to become a Claret Member. Entered client number, not recognised. 15 minutes later, it changed it's mind and gave me a number of options.
GBP47 to become an international member.......Two quid more than domestic, presumably because we should pay a surchage for international supporters.
And now, they say my card number isn't recognised. Same number as last year, when i booked tickets to watch a game.
Just timed out, have to start again........CUNTS
Will this club not fucking learn, spend some money and partner with someone who can does this properly?

An hour ago I logged on entered my claret members number and entered the ballot for my ticket for the Bournemouth game all in two minutes

Give them a call. With my ST they had given me the wrong number and I had to phone up and get a new one. You may have a membership but they may have given you the wrong client number. Bad I know but worth calling them.

You're not alone mate, I'm a season ticket holder and nothings changed this year. Been charged extra to get my seat for the Europa game.. Oh and I can't sit in my seat.. Have to be up in the gods.
I would try and help you out by saying email them but apparently they don't even email you back now! Sent them a couple and nada.. Same for a lot of people on here.
The club is moving forward however the ticketing side of things is stuck in a shit storm.

Fucking trying to do that. Client number not recognised, AGAIN, despite the site having already allowed my to try and pay once. I got timed out and had to start again.

Perhaps that should be one of the taks on the next apprentice, see if they can sell loyal customers their ticket with ease.
Can honestly say, no matter what I have bought tickets for in the past, West Ham, by fay, have been the worst to deal with to actually get tickets. I thought ticketmaster was meant to solve this but on the first opportunity it's just the same embarrasing incompetance.

I now have Claret membership, and there is no link that allows me to enter my membership number and get my arse into the ballot. Just incredibly bad.
I too thought that getting a proper company to run the ticketing but if anything this is worse. The last time I bought tickets it took 10 minutes.
What a fucking shambles.

After two hours of bad tempered wrestling I am down to this.
a) The website doesn't recognise my login.
b) The website does recognise my login but doesn't have a link that allows me to enter recently acquired Claret membership number and enter the ticket ballot.
CUNTS.
